Absolutely Dragulous LLC performs services for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and private parties including event planning and promotions. Our services are custom and tailored to suit client needs and are therefore treated as contracts. For general ticket buyers please review our policies:
- Our tickets are nonrefundable
- Tickets can be transferred to another show in the event that you can't attend a specific show or the event has been postponed or cancelled.
- Any special deals included with your ticket are only valid if Absolutely Dragulous LLC states as such.
For drag services:
- Our services provided to industry professionals are specialty services that are offered through private agreements. All agreements are upheld and verified through written forms of communication. For this reason you will not be charged for services you did not agree to and our policy is to not refund for our services unless the service agreement is verifiably severed due to errors or poor quality of physical goods delivered through custom orders. Any refunds would be negotiated and agreed to by Absolutely Dragulous LLC. No service will be started without written agreement to terms and payment arrangements. After payment is made the deal is signed and all action items are then fulfilled. Confirmation of the finisned product is provided via written communication and with photographic proofs.
- When 3rd party service providers through our Drag Network are involved then it is up to the two parties to make an agreement and handle disputes or claims. The 10% commission Absolutely Dragulous LLC charges is nonrefundable even in the case a 3rd party service provider offers a full refund.
